ABOUT ME

I grew up and reside in Lewiston, Idaho, USA. I’ve been a part of the LifeLinks family of churches and River City Church since 1993. In the Lead Pastor role at River City Church since 2009. My wife Shelleigh is amazing, we’ve been married for 30 years, and we have two great sons, Aidan and Rowan.

I enjoy Preaching and Teaching, but would like to say that… I’m a leader that preaches, not a preacher who leads.

Coaching Pastors and their leadership teams in the areas of Leadership, Vision and Strategy, really revs me up. Helping churches gain clarity takes intentional work, but is so worth the alignment and synergy it brings. Serving for over 25 years in local church leadership has given me the experience and tools that I can use to help you.

I am a certified Church Unique Navigator with the Auxano Group. My formal education: Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston, ID and a Masters in Biblical Leadership from Western Seminary in Portland, OR. I would welcome a conversation with you about the areas of need you have and if my skill mix is a fit.
